Es steht bereits in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, jedoch namenlos. Hier findet ein Großteil der Mission Unfriendly Competition statt. Nach Abschluss ist dort ein Quad für 3.000 Dollar erwerbbar. Dieses befindet sich hinter dem Hotel bei den Büschen.
