Portland View ist ein Stadtteil von Liberty City aus Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance und Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
Portland View schließt sich nördlich an Trenton an. Hier finden sich z.B. das Sweeney General Hospital, die ansässige Polizeiwache des LCPD, der FIDL-Supermarkt (1998), der 2001 anscheinend den Besitzer gewechselt hat und nun Supa Save! heißt. Hinter dem Supermarkt befindet sich ein Tunnel, der nördlich bis nach Harwood führt. Auf der Grenze nach Saint Mark's befindet sich die Baille Station.
