Polizeireviere (engl. Police Stations) sind einzelne Einrichtungen der Polizei. In der Grand-Theft-Auto-Serie sind die Reviere zumeist nicht betretbar und das unmittelbare Gebiet darum weist keine erhöhtere Polizeipräsenz auf. In der Regel stehen vor den Revieren Polizeiwagen und -motorräder geparkt, die manchmal verschlossen sind.
Liberty City Police Department

Das Liberty City Police Department operiert in Grand Theft Auto 1, Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto IV und Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

Auf jeder der drei Inseln existiert ein Polizeirevier.
- Portland: Gleich südlich neben dem Sweeney General Hospital, Portland View
- Staunton Island: Bei dem Revier in Torrington findet man einen Enforcer, zwei Polizeiwagen und einen Sentinel in Grand Theft Auto III.
- Shoreside Vale: Nördlich des Hope Medical College, Rockford. Man findet in GTA III einen Polizeiwagen vor Ort.

Vice City Mainland:
- Downtown (mit Hubschrauber-Landedeck)
- Little Havana, südlich der Cherry-Popper-Eiscremefabrik. Das Revier hat vor 1984 eine Treppe im Hinterhof, mit der man aufs Polizeidach gelangen kann. Dort gibt es eine Rampage und einen roten Luftballon.

Das San Andreas Police Department gibt es in Grand Theft Auto 1 und Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
San Andreas (1992)
In San Andreas teilt sich das Department in drei bzw. vier Gruppen auf: Los Santos Police Department, San Fierro Police Department und Las Venturas Police Department. Das vierte Department stellt das SAPD selbst dar (zuständig für Motorrad-Polizisten, die Badlands, den Wasserbereich und die Luft).
