City Hall (dt. Rathaus) heißt in Grand Theft Auto IV und Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars das Gebiet um das Rathaus von Liberty City, das in Algonquin steht. Es basiert auf dem Civic Center in Manhattan.

Die K/C Algonquin Inner Line verkehrt ebenfalls im Gebiet rund um das Rathaus. City Hall besitzt eine eigene Station City Hall Station, die sich direkt vor dem Rathaus befindet.
