Cisco in einer Zwischensequenz
Cisco ( 2000) war der Boss des Kolumbianischen Kartells aus Grand Theft Auto Advance. Er wird von King Courtney beschuldigt, Vinnie getötet zu haben. Daraufhin verprügelt Mike ihn, was dazu führt, dass Cisco nicht viel von Mike hält.
Außerdem gehört ihm eine Metzgerei in Bedford Point.
